Our Impact

Our Impact
At Pituitary Ireland offer Support to People Living with Pituitary Conditions in the Republic of Ireland.
Our mission is to ensure that nobody faces a pituitary condition alone.
Pituitary conditions are rare and often misunderstood. Many people experience long journeys to diagnosis and can feel isolated while navigating treatment and long-term care. We work to provide information, support, awareness and connection for patients, families and healthcare professionals throughout Ireland.
Every conversation, event and resource we provide helps strengthen the pituitary community and improve the lives of those affected by pituitary disorders.
What We Do
We provide a welcoming community for people living with pituitary conditions and their families.
Through peer support, Online Groups, patient meetings and information sharing, we help people feel understood, informed and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
Trusted Information
We signpost patients to reliable, evidence-based information about pituitary disorders, symptoms, diagnosis, treatments and long-term management, from sources like The Worldwide Adrenal and Pituitary Organizations, The Pituitary Foundation UK , and the Addison's disease self-help Group UK.
Our goal is to help patients make informed decisions and feel more confident when discussing their care with healthcare professionals.
Raising Awareness
Because pituitary conditions are rare, awareness remains one of our greatest challenges.
We work to increase understanding of pituitary conditions, among the public, healthcare professionals and decision-makers, helping to reduce delays in diagnosis and improve patient outcomes.
Bringing People Together
Living with a pituitary condition can be isolating.
Our community offers peer support, private and confidential Support Groups, Meetings and events, to help people connect with others who understand the challenges of living with a rare endocrine condition.
